“No professional is going to come here and send their kids to public schools
if they can get a better education in the suburbs.” – Councilman Johnson

If this is true, Councilman Johnson, please tell the residents of Cleveland Ward 4:

  1. WHAT SHOULD CLEVELAND YOUTH STRIVE TO BECOME WHEN THEY GROW UP?
  2. What message were you conveying with this comment?

One might think, you have become comfortable and just want the TITLE and the PAY associated with the position of Councilman for the City of Cleveland—Ward 4.

Councilman,
Regarding the issues, on … the aftereffects of the foreclosure crisis., if you [Councilman] are: “… not sure how practical that is … estimating that 80 percent of the ward’s vacant homes can be salvaged. Some of these homes should be torn down, no question.”

This comment would leave citizens to believe you are aware of the problem, yet, to date, have not done much to address this lingering issue resulting in more and more vacant, boarded up and vandalized home.

Councilman,

IS IT YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ADDRESS THESE ISSUES DURING YOUR TENURE IN OFFICE?
IS 29 YEARS LONG ENOUGH TO ADDRESS ISSUES ?

Answer us, Councilman Johnson. We have a RIGHT TO KNOW!
