Marcia McCoy is Seeking Office To:
- Enhance Programs for our Seasoned Citizens-the pillars of our community
- Supply Safety & Security (in discussion with 3 local security service companies)
- Create Jobs & Entrepreneurship which will eliminate street corner hang outs
- Help Build the Social Construction of Hope for our youth through education
- Renovate the many abandoned homes in Ward 4 that can be renovated
- Provide a Clean Safe Neighborhood
- Rid Ward 4 of the many Pockets of Poverty and Blight in our Community
